• Intake: free service meeting, explanation of the purchase process and step-by-step plan

Search assignment - start-up costs

• Assignment: digitally signing order to provide services
• Screening: checking creditworthiness of buyer
• Creating a client file in which all data is available digitally
• Flyering: distribution of housing profile and house hunt campaign

Order for mediation - brokerage fee

• Testing: presenting buyer and convincing seller of the right candidate
• Negotiation: price, resolutive conditions and content of purchase agreement
• Contract: assessment purchase agreement and guidance at the notary
• Inspection: visual final inspection, reporting and image reporting

Other work - free of charge

• Relocation service: all utilities arranged at once
• After sales: contact after 3 months if everything is satisfactory
