Pelle cold-called me and we set up a meeting, I wasn't really looking to buy a house as I assumed it would be hard given my budget and the current market. In 30 minutes of meeting Pelle, we went on our first viewing. I made an offer on the house and 12 hours later I was the proud owner of my first home in Amsterdam. Pelle is easy to talk to, approachable, took consideration of the limitations I discussed with him, and knew the market well. He is also very friendly and a nice, fun person to be spending hours with during a (usually long) process of house hunting. I 100% recommend his services, he is already working with two of my friends.
